Day 1
Lima: City Tour
Reception at Jorge Chavez International Airport and transfer to hotel guided by Lima, historic downtown tour. Paseo de la República, Plaza San Martin, Plaza Mayor, Government Palace, Cathedral, Archbishop's Palace, City Hall and old streets with colonial mansions and Moorish balconies. San Francisco, the greatest monumental complex of colonial art in America. It continues through the residential areas of Lima, the Olive Grove of San Isidro. The pre-Inca shrines Huallamarca and Pucllana, finishing Larcomar from where you can have a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean.
Day 2
Lima - Cusco (D)
Transfer to the airport to board the scheduled flight to the Imperial city of Cusco. Reception and transfer to hotel. Free time for acclimatization. In the afternoon, guided tour of the Cusco Cathedral will, Koricancha (Temple of the Sun) and the archaeological sites of Sacsayhuaman, Kenko Amphitheater, the Red Fort of Puca Pucara and the water sources in Tambomachay.Pernocte in Cusco.
Day 3
Cusco - Pisac & Ollantaytambo - Cusco (B, A)
Drive to the" Sacred Valley ". We will visit the village of Pisac, where we can appreciate the marketing of locals as well as the typical craft fair where the opportunity to acquire variety of products will . After lunch at a tourist restaurant of the valley, we will continue along the banks of the Urubamba river enjoying beautiful scenery to the military fortress of Ollantaytambo, visit the Temple of the Sun (formed of six gigantic monoliths of granite). Returning to Cusco, visit the Chinchero village Overnight in Cusco
Day 4
Cusco - Machu Picchu - Cusco (B, A)
Breakfast in the hotel. A time transfer to the train station to start your trip to the" Lost City of the Incas "Machu Picchu, along the way a variety of natural landscapes can be seen. We will arrive at Aguas Calientes, where we will take the bus to take us on a 30 min. to the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu. We will begin the guided tour the Inca citadel, the main venues of urban and agricultural area to visit, then we descend to Aguas Calientes in time for lunch and shopping A correct time, return by train and bus to Cusco transfer to hotel
Day 5
Cusco - Lima (B)
A time transfer to airport to board the flight back to Lima. Arrival, reception and transfer to hotel. Rest of the afternoon. (Optional tour to Gold Museum and craft centers).
Day 6
Lima - Departure (B)
A time transfer to the airport for your departure.
